| DIY They have you by the gonads ref registering an import. So may Brits having brought their R1's etc over, can't register them, and have to spend money de-restricting / or selling them in the UK. You have to apply to the manufacturer for a certificate of conformity on chassis / engine number, which... |

| R1NUT Thanks for the pictures, I was trying to visualise the road in my head, but never imagined it was as bad as that. I was a truck driver for many years, mostly in Europe as opposed to the UK, and I've been in some tight spots in various countries, but NEVER have I seen such an AWSUME road. UNBEL... |

| Hi Live in the Forest-de Coatloch, about 5 kms from the town of Scaer, which is about 30 mins N.E of Quimpere the capital of Finistre, dep 29 I almost gave up biking in the UK, but brought the old CB900 over, and believe me, it’s now a pleasure to ride again, almost traffic free roads, good surfaces... |

| New to this forum I live in Brittany, France. Just up the road is a bike club, but before you can ride with them on ballards ( ride - outs) you have to first go on a course. This involves every 2 weeks for 5 months and covers all aspects of biking, Safety, braking, cornering, observation, bike mecha... |

| Hi guys, Here in France, and in Germany ( not sure about other European Countries ) we have a 106 bhp limit. Now ,for me personally that's enough, ( VFR750 and CB900F both under ) even with the superb, mostly traffic free roads. At present we have NO MOT TEST for bikes, no doubt that will change as ... |

| Yep, been these past 3 years, and as I live about 1.5 hrs away it's " just down the road ". Last year an estimated 23.000 bikes, this year no figures yet, but the weather wasn't that brilliant so expect them to be lower. Can't recommend it highly enough, the 15th August every year, well wo... |
