Partnership accounts for financial year ending 31st March 2004.

So far I've had a look at Avon and Somerset. 100,000 tickets paid. We'll also have to find tickets issued, court cases, findings of guilt and innocence, and s172 prosections started and S172 convictions successful.

It's a big job to do all this and collate the results.

Who wants to help? How are we going to arrrange ourselves?
