I've received 3 in 10 days, 2 are for stationary cameras that I drive past on a daily basis and one is a mobile camera in an area that I know to be a hotspot.

Since receiving these I've been out on the dual carriageway and checked my speedo against a GPS, it appears to be under-reading by 8mph.

The alleged offences are:
51mph in a 40, so that's a fair cop even allowing for the discrepancy
37mph in a 30
36mph in a 30

What can I do, I'm currently driving with the speedo at 10mph under the limit to prevent anymore.

Car is booked in at the garage to have it checked, but they scratched their heads when I explained what has gone on.

Have you checked the wheels and tyres are the right size? If someone has changed them so the rolling radius is larger then it will under read on the speedo as it is calculated on the gearbox output shaft I think.

I'd go over to pepipoo and get advice there as I think there was someone that said they had trouble with their speedo. If you can prove it is over reading by more than 8 mph at 30mph then you stand a chance as speeding is an absolute offence.

Or an average of the readings from the ABS sensors at each wheel I believe. Either way the speedo assumes to know the circumference of the wheels/tires.

Yes, still on the original rims and the tyres are the same brand, spec and size as fitted by the manufacturer.

This is a prime example of how ruthless and unfair speed cameras are, and how discretion at the roadside is vital. If a police officer had stopped you instead of you being caught the first time, then 1) you would have known about it under-reading there and then, and 2) the officer probably would have let you off once you'd demonstrated the problem with the speedo, told him that you hadn't realised, apologised and said you'd compensate for it and get it fixed ASAP, etc. Then the problem would have been solved, you'd have no ill will against the system, and everything would be fine. Even "Speeding is always dangerous" types should be happy with that approach (assuming that they're not actually just anti-car), because then you wouldn't have been speeding the second or third times.

I can't really help you but I hope you manage to minimise the damage. If you haven't already, try PePiPoo, as they give free advice to those accused of speeding. And when you've sorted it all out, you might want to stick around here, and hopefully join as a member once you realise that cameras are not only unfair, but they don't even make the roads safer (in fact quite the opposite)!
