Safe Speed Forums

This was in my local paper this week, I don’t know how many of the accidents where speed related but it looks as though this is another road where "speeding motorist" are getting the blame.

The A540 can be a nasty road - been down it many a time and I have seen people absolutely flying down it as it's very straight so maybe there is some substance in it. The article doesn't say where abouts the majority of accidents were occuring but it does mention stepped up Police patrols (which I thought we were all campaigning for?) which is only a good thing.
