A great case reported in the Southampton Echo today about a man who was stopped, searched and cautioned by police under the new anti-terror laws while he was taking photographs of the M3 for his company brochure.

Police told him to stop clicking away as the motorway, bridges, signs etc. were prohibited from being photographed under the Prevention of Terrorism Act.

Who says the new laws won't be misused?

M3? Ooops thought it was his new BMW company car.... :P

If you are an aircraft or train spotter you could be in real trouble.
